I know you're hosting a private ceremony, but how do I know which events I am invited to?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for details about wedding events. As a reminder, while we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are hosting a private, small ceremony & dinner to allow us to be fully present during our families' first meeting. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating at our reception!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided at the end of the night from RUBA Club to our hotels. For guests attending the ceremony & dinner, transportation will be provided from the hotels to the ceremony venue and to the reception venue.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Two hotel blocks are available. Check the travel tab for more information.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Because we are hosting our reception at a bar, this will be an adults only celebration.

Will there be food at the reception?

Answer

There will not be a formal dinner at the reception, but desserts and hors d'oeuvres will be available throughout the night. We encourage you to enjoy one of Philly's great restaurants before the evening's festivities, but save room for late night treats!

Where is RUBA club?

Answer

Ruba Club is located at 416 Green Street, a small block located behind Silk City Diner. There is a metal gate and small courtyard leading up to the entrance.

What time does the party end?

Answer

We will be partying and drinks will be provided through 1:30am, but guests are welcome to stay at the Ruba Club later into the night! At 1:30am, the open bar will end and the club will be open to its members but guests are welcome to stay until 3am.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

For guests attending the ceremony: shuttles will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony venue and later to the reception venue. For guests attending the reception: shuttles will be provided at the conclusion of the evening back to the hotels.
