While we will not require proof of vaccination or negative test, we are asking guests to please take a rapid home test prior to attending. We want to do our best to protect our many friends and family members who will be gathering together, and hope that you are exercising your best judgment. If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms, please stay home so we can keep everyone at our celebration healthy!
Semi-formal/cocktail attire is requested i.e. black tie is too formal, jeans and baseball caps are too casual - Dresses, jumpsuits, suits are perfectly appropriate attire.
Ceremony will be held outdoors on the front lawn (in front of the fountain) as long as weather permits. Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. Dress for a New England October afternoon (i.e. 80 and humid or snowing or somewhere between)
Guests should plan to arrive at the ceremony site at 4:00 pm. We will begin promptly at 4:30 pm and would love to have you present and seated in advance. The venue will close the gates at 4:30 pm.
There is ample free parking at Tupper Manor. If you are staying at the Wylie Inn, there is free parking at the hotel and the venue is walkable through the conference center.
We love your kids, but we would like our wedding events to be adults-only so our guests can enjoy the evening!
Unfortunately, we are tight on space, and unless your invitation indicates such, you cannot bring a guest.
We will have three (3) entrees to choose from. You should indicate your choice on your RSVP card. 1) Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib, served with mashed potatoes and sauteed French green beans 2) Herb Crusted Atlantic Cod, served with a lemon tarragon butter sauce, basmati rice, crushed roasted tomatoes and baby vegetables 3) Spanakopita Roasted Cauliflower Steak, served with pine nut couscous and phyllo strings (vegetarian)
Yes, we have a vegetarian entree as a meal option to choose on your RSVP. Please let us know if you have any other specific dietary restrictions so we may inform the catering team.
No, the Wylie Inn is attached to the venue property, so guests are able to walk right from their hotel room to the festivities! If you are staying at another property, we do not have transportation planned. Ubers and taxis can be called to transport to and from the property. Overnight parking is also permitted.
Common question for the ladies :) Our bridal party will be dressed in forest green. Feel free to wear whatever color you want - just here to keep the people over-informed!
Check in is at 3:00 PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM.
The farewell brunch will be held in a banquet room at the Wylie Inn. We will update and provide signage once a specific room has been assigned. The inn staff will also be able to direct you if it is not readily posted.

There are many interpretations for the tradition of breaking glass. The fragility of the glass suggests the frailty of human relationships. The glass is broken to protect this marriage with the implied prayer: “As this glass shatters, so may your marriage never break.” It also symbolizes the breaking down of barriers between people of different cultures and faiths. After the glass is broken everyone yells “Mazel Tov,” which means good luck.
