No, Stresa is accessible from MXP by train and transportation to the wedding venue will be provided for you. If you prefer to book a private car for airport transfer, please prebook your car service to and from the airport. For additional site-seeing, you can use the ferries that run on the lake from Stresa to hop from town to town. The ferry schedule is linked on our travel page.

It is a good idea to bring a universal outlet converter and portable charger. However refrain from bringing any appliances that heat (i.e., hair straightener, hair dryer, steamer) because they may overheat or explode. A better solution is to use the hair dryer or iron provided by the hotel or buy an inexpensive heating tool that is compatible with EU outlets.
