4:00pm - Guest Arrival: Make your way to the venue and the ushers will help you find the perfect seat for the ceremony 4:30pm - Ceremony - Sam and Katie will get married 4:45-6:00pm - Cocktail Hour: enjoy appetizers and drinks while the bride and groom take pictures 6:00 - 7:00pm - Introduction of the bridal party and dinner 7:00 - 7:45pm - cake cutting and first dances 7:45 - 11:00pm - party!
