We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
We'd love for you to dress in all black formal attire for our celebration. Women, please wear a long evening gown, and men, a suit and tie—with the exception of white dress shirts for men which are acceptable. We're confident you'll look wonderful and bring your own personal style to the occasion.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.
Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find all the details on the Registry page of our website!
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 10am, with all guests seated by 9:45am. We recommend arriving with enough time to park and walk to the ceremony location, which takes approximately 8-10 minutes.
Yes, we recommend using Civic Center Parking Garage Lot 200, located directly in front of San Francisco City Hall. Parking is $7 per hour, and we suggest budgeting for approximately 2 hours. Please park on level 2, as close to the elevators as possible. Take the elevator to the Plaza level, where you'll find City Hall to your right. Plan for about an 8-minute walk from the garage to the entrance. 📍355 McAllister Street San Francisco, CA 94102
Rain or shine, our celebration will go on! Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors, so you'll be comfortable regardless of the weather. If rain is forecasted, we recommend bringing an umbrella for the walk between locations.
We'd love to have you capture moments from our celebration! Photography will be welcome during the designated time—please feel free to share your photos on social media using our wedding hashtag (#RudyAndMayra30Years), so we can enjoy all your wonderful perspectives. Our officiant will let everyone know when we'll be transitioning to an unplugged ceremony, at which point we'll ask that phones be put away so we can be fully present together.
