We're so excited to celebrate with you!

I joined a dating site called OK Cupid December 2014 and we finally decided to meet in person January 8, 2015 and had our first date at Applebee's in Fountain, CO. At the time I was going to school and working night shift so apparently I fell asleep, Ray absolutely had pity on me and after a couple weeks he asked me on a second date. I guess you can say our second date went better because the rest is history....Duh! We moved in together in 2016 and started created our home with new traditions of our own. We added Luna Mae to our family in 2019 and went through a pandemic and yet we still want to marry each other.

We had planned to go to Texas for our nieces 1st birthday which was the same weekend as Rays birthday, so for a couple months I planned Rays birthday. I planned to go wine tasting in Fredericksburg which is about 2 hours away from my hometown and have my family join us to celebrate Ray. We were on a time crunch since my parents also wanted to celebrate his birthday when we got back to San Angelo. So we rushed to the vineyards and GPS took us to the mini shopping strip they have in Fredericksburg where they also have wine tasting rooms. Ray wanted to go to an actual vineyard so he quickly looked one up and Hilmy Cellars Vineyard was the first one to pop up so we drove there and told my siblings where to meet us. We finally get there and to be honest I was ready to relax, start drinking and celebrate Ray.....but he had other plans. While I got our flights for tasting, he was at the table telling my sisters he was going to propose. I finally head to the table to join the rest of the group and they want us to take a picture. We stand up to take our picture and that's when he gets down on one knee. I am so happy they were recording because it shows how nervous he was and how clueless I was and that video is something I will forever have with me. We can't wait to have all of you celebrate with us! We are ready to party!!!!
