HOTEL ROOM BLOCK IS SOLD OUT. However, we have a travel advisor who can still book rooms for guests. All rooms booked after 9/25/23 should book through Mayra's friend & Travel Advisor, Ashlee Ruiz. Please email Ashlee at ashlee.ruiz@fora.travel with the following information to book your room. - Names of everyone traveling + number of rooms - Dates for travel - Flight itinerary for arrival & departure - Do you need airport transportation? Once she has this information, she can pull available rates/room types and then proceed with your booking. The absolute last day to book room and be added to the wedding guest list is November 1st, 2023. Please book as soon as possible so we can count you in for our big day. We will not be able to add anybody to the list after November 1st.

Airport Transport Information
The easiest way from the SJD airport to the hotel resort is a private or semi-private transport service. If you booked through room block, someone from concierge should have already sent you an email about booking for your hotel transport. Please book directly through hotel concierge.

Passport Information
Passports are required for this international destination. Please double check your passport expiration date as you cannot travel if your passport is 6 months or less from expiring on the dates of travel. If your passport expires May 15, 2024 or sooner you will need to renew it. Please plan accordingly. Click below for general passport information.

Concierge Services
Not required but recommended: the hotel recommends that people should make reservations for their lunches/dinners at the hotel restaurants ahead of time. You can do this via email directly with the concierge person who emailed you about all the services/amenities. You can also do this upon arrival at the hotel concierge desk.
