We’re getting married!

We met on social media, I know right how typical. When we decided to finally meet face to face our first date was at Texas Roadhouse. We honestly don’t remember why we thought it was a good idea to go there for a first date, but we hit it off right away it was love at first sight. That’s still a thing right? From there the rest is history. But hey guys if anyone asks we met at Bible study. We hope you all can join us to celebrate this special day.

Don’t wait for the perfect moment take the moment and make it perfect, at least that’s what David was aiming for. David proposed with his grandmothers wedding ring who passed away just a few weeks before his 6th birthday, she meant a great deal to him she was his best friend. David proposed in South Padre on a family vacation on October 5th, 2018. Right before he proposed he kept asking Mayra if he proposed with his grandmas ring would she say yes? She kept giving him a hard time telling him, “There is no way your mom would give up that ring and give it to you!” So he said “We need to go back to the beach house I forgot something”, and Mayra said “Don’t lie, do you need to use the restroom?” And David said “Yes, I need to drop off a load.” When they had just went to the beach house so he could do just that. So they went back to the beach house he went inside and came back out with a nervous happy smile, got down on his knee and proposed with his grandmothers ring. For him to propose with her ring who meant a lot to him was perfect and romantic enough for her.
