Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in formal attire. We would love to see everyone dressed up - think suits and midi or floor-length dresses!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured hotel room blocks at The Westin Book Cadillac and the DoubleTree Suites Fort Shelby, but there are many fabulous hotels downtown and in walking distance of the Colony Club!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Once invitations are mailed out, kindly RSVP by June 5, 2026. All RSVPs after this date will be received as not attending. If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will be listed on the envelope with their name or "and guest."

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. No phones or cameras, please! The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say I do. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only wedding. We hope you will take this opportunity for a well-deserved night off!
