When Marissa was only 8 years old, she was blessed with the presence of Beka. The most talented Maynes, Beka is a jack of all trades excelling in music, film, and knowledge of Christopher Walken. When she’s not working as a TikTok influencer, Beka enjoys spending time dressing up her cat in clown costumes. She is so excited to claim her birthright as Maid of Honor of the wedding of the year.
Adam
Best Man
The Best Man for the best man he knows- Adam taught Dan how to cook more than a grilled cheese (you're welcome Marissa). Funny enough- Adam’s love of B-movies gave Dan the groundwork to get Marissa’s attention. When she brought up her love for “Sharknado” 1-6 and her family connection to “Return of the Killer Tomatoes”, Dan knew how to roll with the punches and over the next two years, they've all enjoyed watching and laughing at cringe-worthy content together over Zoom. Dan's always been the best lil brother, even when he didn't want to accept it, (they're only 13 months apart) and Adam is proud to be part of Dan and Marissa starting this new chapter of their lives.
Stephanie
Maid of Honor
Her official adopted introvert, Stephanie is so excited to also be Marissa’s maid of honor. Marissa and Stephanie were part of the same obscure sorority before they ever discovered that they were also one another’s Ride Or Die. The Lemon Breeland to her Zoey Hart, Stephanie feels confident in declaring Marissa’s nuptials the wedding of the year!
Mike
Best Man
Born and raised in Detroit, MI Mike is always trying to bring out Dan's Michigan side buried deep underneath all the Florida. When Mike isn't introducing Dtiff to Kanye West or cheering on Dan's incredible dancing he's focused on trying to spend as much time as humanly possible with his friends and family, while sneaking in some travel and a few strong drinks.
Amy

Amy is an actor and comedian, but please don't ask her to tell you a joke because she's secretly a fraud and doesn't know any. After well over a decade of friendship with Marissa, she is thrilled to be a part of her and Dan's special day, and incredibly grateful to Marissa for all these years of friendship (especially during high school, when Amy was particularly insufferable.)

Groomsman
The first time I sat in a wheelchair, Dan was by my side — on stage at the high school talent show, as we performed our own rendition of Weird Al’s classic, “White & Nerdy.” Yes, we have video footage. There is much to be said about a friendship that has spanned more than 20 years, but the character count is approaching and I lack the words. I love you, Dan, and wish you and Marissa a long life of joy, happiness and countless dreams fulfilled.
Khy

A dash of Disney, a pinch of eccentricity, and a healthy sprinkle of magic. These were the ingredients chosen to create Khy. But Marissa accidentally added an extra ingredient to the gumbo-- a hearty handful of vintage indulgence! Thus a friendship was born. From Tiki Thursdays, to dancing the weekend away at Clifton's, to lamenting over the highs and lows of Set Life, Khy and Marissa have managed to squeeze a lifetime of friendship into the short 3 and a half years they've actually known each other. Dan waltzed in to chaos later, and it was as if he had always been there. Khy can't envision a more perfect partner for the fiery bombshell that is Marissa, and she can not WAIT for their impending nuptials!!

Libby

Libby and Marissa met because of a cute jacket and Libby's willingness to ignore years of 'stranger danger' training and go to a bar with a stranger. It turned out to be a great choice and 4 years of general shenanigans later Libby is absolutely delighted to be a part of Marissa and Dan's big day.

From the DoubleTree to Eastie, and all the years and places between and beyond, Dan has been like a brother to me. So many core memories were made by his side and it's an honor to be there again on a day with so many more amazing memories to be made. Here's to Dan & Marissa!
Veronica

Veronica and Marissa began their friendship working on a play, touring food banks of Los Angeles. They quickly bonded over their love of theatre, vintage, and tiki. Especially after they accidentally wore matching outfits on more than one occasion. Marissa is singlehandedly responsible for Veronica’s social life, as she would have never had the courage to dive into the vintage scene without her encouragement. Veronica is absolutely thrilled to be participating in Marissa and Dan’s love story.
Sean

Sean is a being of indeterminate origin, but is definitely, most certainly, probably human. He has known Dan since 6th grade, and seen him through all the awkward phases of growing up (and, trust, there were many). Despite taking very different paths in life, it seemed to Sean that they both ended up going through a lot of life events together, and it has always been nice to have someone to commiserate with when the universe is particularly uncaring. This year, however, they get to share in a profound and exciting new experience -- building and sharing a life with someone! And Sean is thrilled (a human emotion!) and incredibly humbled to be a part of this wonderful beginning for both Dan and Marissa.
