Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Beau Lodge has a large onsite parking lot available for free.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Garden Party Attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear florals, lace or embroidered dresses in our wedding colors of burgundy, turquoise teal or spring green. Block heels or flat shoes are advised on the grass. Gentlemen should wear a dress shirt with sport coat/polo with a light sweater and slacks. Please bring sun protection in case of beautiful weather!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will open for guests at Noon, but please plan to be seated by 12:45 to get settled. The ceremony will start at 1pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the Ceremony. We have a professional photographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Photography is welcome during the reception.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP as soon as possible (but by June 1st at the latest) so we can plan accordingly!

Can we attend the Ceremony or Reception only?

Answer

Yes! We understand if you cannot attend the entire day. Please RSVP to only the events you’ll be attending.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Our venue allows only Champagne to be served for a toast following the Ceremony (Sparkling Juice will also be provided). We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available at the Reception. Please let us know your preference (including if you do not drink alcohol/caffeinated beverages) when you RSVP!

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.
