Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your formal invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Guest seating will open at 5 o'clock to allow ample time for everyone to arrive, find their seats, and settle in before the ceremony begins. We kindly ask that guests be seated before 5:30 pm so the ceremony may begin on time.
If the weather permits, the ceremony will be held outside on a grassy area. If rain is in the forecast, the ceremony will take place under a covered area. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, and the reception will take place indoors.
Included with your wedding invitation, there is an RSVP card where you may indicate any food restrictions and or allergies that the chefs need to be aware of. Dinner will be served at chef-attended stations, offering a variety of selections and something for every guest to enjoy!
Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Newport Vineyards.
