What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:15 as we will start promptly at 3:30 PM!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have one bus that will leave the Loews hotel around 2:15 PM to transport guests to the ceremony. The same bus will be available for guests to take back into the city.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is parking directly across the street from St. Thomas of Villanova church and a skywalk that guests can utilize to walk from the parking lot to the church. If you are driving to the reception but not staying over in the city, there is a parking lot directly across the street from our venue, Ballroom at the Ben. The address for the parking lot is 904 Chestnut St Philadelphia, PA 19107

What should we do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Once the ceremony is over, we invite you to head into the city and check into your hotel (if applicable). There are plenty of amazing bars and restaurants very close to our venue (check out our things to do tab for our favorite hangs!)

While we love your little ones, the only kids included at the reception will be our nieces and nephews in the wedding.
