We are excited to share a couple of our favorite places in the area with you.

We stopped here just before our venue tour.  Not only is this an aesthetically pleasing cafe, but their coffee (especially their s'mores mocha latte) and pastries are real treat too!

Hudson Roastery

Looking for some delicious Italian food?  Savona's has a cute back patio for a relaxing lunch or dinner vibe, and we still think about the chicken parm to this day.

Savona's Trattoria & Bar - Hudson

We love a scenic dog-friendly walking trail, so of course we had to check this one out after our venue tour.  The High Falls are calming and breathtaking.  This well-marked loop trail is just a 10-minute drive from our venue in Philmont, and although there are a few steep steps, it is considered an easy route - only taking an average of a half hour to complete.

Have a bit more time to venture out for a cool art installation?  Art Omi is an art center situated on 120 acres in the Hudson Valley and home to larger than life sculptures!
