FAQs

If you have any questions apart from what we have listed here, please reach out to Natalie at mayer.nat@gmail.com
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than March 1, 2024.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only celebration. We respectfully request no children under 18 at the ceremony & reception.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered here on Zola, Amazon, and Crate & Barrel. You can find all registry items from both registries here on our website, at the top of the page under the "Registry" tab.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 4:30 pm. The ceremony begins at 5pm!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a small parking lot across the street from The McPherson that can accommodate up to 70 cars. You may leave your car overnight. The venue requests that you pick up your car no later than 10am on Sunday. We also encourage guests to carpool or use Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have rooms available at the Chase Park Plaza at a discounted rate. See the "Travel" section of this website for more info on room blocks. Additionally, there are plenty of apartment rentals on Airbnb. Just search the "Central West End" area when booking. Many are within walking distance to The McPherson wedding venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please note that the reception will be located outdoors (weather permitting). Kindly be informed that, in early spring, the weather & temperature in St. Louis is quite unpredictable!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, budget constraints and space limitations prevent us from allowing all our guests to bring a plus one. We respectfully ask that guests not bring a plus one, unless specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There are multiple hotels and Airbnbs located within walking distance to/from the venue. We also encourage guests to carpool or use rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. See our "Travel" tab at the top of the page specific information on our hotel room blocks.
