We have placed a room block with a special rate with the Staybridge Suites approximately 15 minutes from the wedding venue. You may coordinate with Jannine Schmitt, Sales Manager, if you have any questions regarding the room block or your reservation. Please note you have until three weeks before our wedding to book within the block and at our special rate.

Shuttle

Shuttle to and from the Hotel

September 25, 2026 3:00 pm

We will be providing a shuttle to and from the Adams Estate for guests staying at the Staybridge Suites. Run times will be as follows: Before the event: 3:00 PM, 3:45 PM, and 4:15 PM We kindly ask all guests arrive via the first two shuttles. The 4:15 pm shuttle is a last call for those running behind. The event will begin promptly at 4:30 pm so those arriving via the last shuttle may not be able to be seated for the ceremony. After the event: 9:15 PM and 10:00 PM The reception will end at 10:00 PM. We ask all guests still on site after the departure of the 10:00 PM shuttle find their own transportation method back to the Staybridge Suites.
