When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

March 1st, 2026 as we need to provide our vendors and caterers with a final headcount.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Spring semi formal, our wedding colors are bright spring colors and we would encourage our guest to wear the same as we are getting married in the Spring. NO WHITE OR JEANS!!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

If you do not have a plus-one listed when you rsvp, we kindly ask that you do not bring one as we have already finalized our maximum guest count. If we have not talked to you about it or you would like clarification please reach out to either Andrew, Harley, or the maid of honor, Hannah Mitchell, at (912) 674-9473.

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

As much as we love your kids we kindly ask for them not to come, unless we have personally talked to you.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please try to arrive around 5:30pm. Our church has a big parking lot so that means a little walk to the ceremony location. Please account for about 10 minutes for parking and getting to your seats. When arriving there will be signs pointing you in the right direction to park. Once you exit your vehicle you can follow the signs to there ceremony location.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be inside.

Will there be an open bar or smoking area?

Answer

As we are getting married at our church there will not be any alcohol provided or a smoking section available. Please do not bring any unwelcome items to the venue as you will be asked to leave.

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes, of course we plan to feed everyone… no one likes a cranky guest. :)

Will there be any special diet options available?

Answer

Yes, please get in contact with us prior to the RSVP date (March 1st) so we can make accommodations.
