We "met" at a bible study group organized by our church, but it wasn't until a few weeks later when we were paired together to pray over each other that we even realized each other existed. After that we continued to talk at these weekly bible studies until the night that UT played A&M in football and we just had to text each other about it. Not a day would go by after that night that we didn't talk to each other and from there the bond that is soon to be forever was created.

Ryan had been scheming for a few weeks behind Mayce's back to get everything prepared and when the time came, with some assistance from his mom and sister, Ryan got his whole apartment set up with flowers, petals, and about a million candles so that when Mayce came over after a night of work, she walked into the most romantic scene that led her straight to Ryan anxiously waiting.
