We found each other.

Our story began with a super-like on Tinder. Yes, we're that couple. Despite growing up in the same town, having friends in the same circles, going to the same university, going to the same parties, and living in the same town for years....we were ships in the night. And after many years of passing each other by, we finally found each other. Sal super-liked Maya on Tinder and things evolved from there. Though it still took some time for us to work through our previous heartbreaks and figure out our plans for the future, we decided that being together and building a life together would be worth it. All the obstacles we've overcome and challenges we've survived on our journey to each other only made us better together. Sal proposed on November 10, 2018 at the General Mitchell International Airport before our trip to Colorado. We were married in a Hmong ceremony on February 22, 2020 in Brown Deer, WI. And now, we invite all of you to join us at our American wedding where we will officially become husband and wife. We are so excited to share what we know will be one of the best days of our lives with you.
