Mayanna and Leandro met at Hoptinger in Jacksonville beach in the spring of 2016 while Mayanna was out celebrating the birthday of Jessica, her first roommate in college. While ordering a drink Leandro accidentally smiled at Mayanna from across the bar which caused Mayanna to walk across the bar and introduce herself. After talking for a few minutes Leandro shared that he was working as an auditor which prompted Mayanna to tell him the "BEST AUDITOR JOKE EVER" and the rest is history.
