When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be hosting a welcome party on Friday, May 8th at the same location as the wedding! The welcome party will be from 6PM to 9PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: midi or long dresses for women, and buttoned shirt and pants for men. Preferably light colors to keep the mood high :) Wedding Day: The dress code is garden party formal: dresses past the knee for women, and jackets for men. To keep the celebration bright and colorful, we kindly prefer no white or black. Yes, there is complimentary parking available.

We're having an adults-only celebration.

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing taxi services for our guests on the day of the wedding. Please provide the address of your stay if you plan to use this service. Since the wedding is in the mountains, Uber and Lyft are extremely limited. If you will be using the taxi services, please plan to arrive early to ensure you make it to the ceremony on time.

The average temperature on May 9th at our wedding location is between 50–70°F.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held in an open-air pavilion.
