Will everyone be allowed to bring a plus one/kids to the wedding?
Answer
Not everyone will be able to have a plus one/kids. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, our venue does have a cap of the amount of guests we can have. It will be indicated on your invitation if you may bring a plus one ("and guest" or "and family"). If you invitation says this then yes you may bring a plus one/your family.

How do I book the hotel?
Answer
We're excited to celebrate our wedding at the Villa del Palmar Flamingos Resort and Spa Riviera Nayarit! We invite you to stay with us at the hotel for a full weekend of fun and festivities! To book, please use the link provided (https://flamingos.villadelpalmar.com/) to visit the hotel website. Click 'Book Now' in the top right corner and select your check-in/out dates (we recommend Thursday June 5th - Sunday June 8th... or longer!). Add the promo code "preecewedd" for a special discount, applicable for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Finally, select your rooms. We also recommend choosing the all-inclusive package for the best experience! Of note, the discount also applies 2 days before and after the recommended booking dates for those wanting a longer stay. Unfortunately, the discount does not apply for those staying fewer than the minimum 3 nights.

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes! Mexico does not enforce a six-month passport validity rule; instead, your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay. However, some airlines may have their own requirements regarding passport validity. Please confirm with your airline to ensure compliance with their policies.

Dress Code?

We are excited to celebrate our special day with you on the beach! The wedding will take place outside. Attire is formal. For gentlemen, this means suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt (tie optional), and for ladies, we suggest cocktail or maxi dresses. No jeans or shorts, please. No white or pale colors that look like white. Thank you for joining us and helping to make our day even more beautiful!

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Answer
1) Ubers: Uber is available in Puerto Vallarta, but rideshares cannot pick up directly at the airport terminal. If you plan to use Uber, you’ll need to exit the airport and walk across the pedestrian bridge to the other side of the highway, where you can request a ride. It's about a 5-minute walk and significantly cheaper than airport taxis. 2) Nexus Tours: Nexus Tours is a private transportation service offering one-way and round trip transportation to/from the hotel ($30 per person round trip). Please contact Arturo Cabrera Zapata at nexuspromotions@nexustours.com if interested. You will be asked to provide the following info- 1. Guest Information: Names and email addresses or phone numbers of guests who wish to book transfers separately. 2. Flight Details: Arrival and departure times for each guest or group.

What do I do if I am late to the ceremony?
Answer
If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. While we want all of our friends and family there, we would appreciate if you would either stand off to the side or wait to join us until the reception. We thank you for understanding :)
