When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional, neutral and muted colors preferred. Please avoid bright colors and pastels.

Can we bring a gift to the venue?

Answer

Celebrating with us is more than enough; However, if you do decide to get a gift from our Registry page, it will prompt you to have it shipped directly to our home. Additionally, any cash gifts can be made directly through one of our two cash funds on the Registry page.

Where will the celebrations take place?

Answer

All events will take place at Down Town Club by Cescaphe (600 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19106).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We highly recommend arriving between 3:45-4:15pm. Add ample time for parking and traffic if not taking the Cescaphe Trolley.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a complimentary trolley available to take guests to and from their hotel. For those staying at the Marriott Downtown, the trolley will pick you up in front of the hotel at approximately 3:45 pm. For those at the Marriott Old City, the trolley will be in front of the hotel at approximately 4:10 pm. Please be outside ready for the trolley prior to these pick up times. The trolley will make return trips from the venue to the hotels beginning at 10:00 pm and running until all guests have been returned from the venue following the 11:00 pm reception end time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is a parking lot near the venue as well as street parking.

How do I make my dinner selection?

Answer

Dinner orders will be taken table side from a list of pre-picked entree choices and will be made to order. There will also be a tremendous 1.5 hour cocktail hour, desserts, and a late night crepe station!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know in your RSVP. Dinner orders are taken table side, so please make sure to let your server know when you order.

Maya would not let me include it on our "Things To Do" page BUT the NCAA March Madness Tournament will be taking place at Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia on Friday 3/20 and Sunday 3/22 for those interested in checking out a game!)

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we are keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invite and when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

March in Philadelphia can certainly be unpredictable. The good news is, all celebrations will be taking place indoors! We encourage everyone to ensure enough time to arrive to the venue by 4:20 PM regardless of the weather. If walking to the venue, be sure to have a jacket handy!
