Both the reception and ceremony are being held at the same indoor venue, Newcastle Community Hall, 20 King Ave W 2nd floor, Newcastle, ON L1B 1H7.
The ceremony is set to begin at3pm, please ensure you give yourself enough time to park and find a seat. We do ask that guests refrain from arriving more than 30 minutes early.
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, therefore we are kindly asking guests to put their phones away and on silent during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be sure to capture every moment. We are more than happy for guests to take pictures and videos following the ceremony.

Yes! We will have a cash bar open during both cocktail hour and the reception. Please ensure you are drinking responsibly. Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service as they see fit. Please also ensure you have arranged a safe way home (designated driver, Uber, taxi, etc) Please reach out if you need help arranging this!
There is an abundance of hotels in Bowmanville, within a 10minute drive of the venue. Some of the hotels include Best Western Plus Bowmanville, Comfort Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express and Suites Clarington-Bowmanville.
