Please note that the whole resort has been pre-booked out for our wedding. Payment will be closer to the wedding date/weekend of the wedding. We need to know who plans on staying at the resort to make sure there are enough rooms on site and to assign rooms to our guests. It is a TWO NIGHT minimum.

This event is casual - we are just excited to see our family before the big day!
There will be a buffet-style dinner for all guests arriving Friday evening. If you are not lodging at the Xenia Resort, please RSVP and let us know if you will be joining us for dinner.

Ceremony

Our wedding is "spring garden party formal" - some examples include short or tea length dresses for women in various colors, patterns and styles, and suits for men in various colors. (You all know us, we like to have fun! ;) )
This will be a traditional Ukrainian Catholic wedding in both Ukrainian and English languages. For those staying at Xenia's Resort, the church is across the street walking distance and there is a large parking lot. There will be a few family members shuttling guests back and forth as well.
Family Photos

As this wedding is our most direct family, we will be taking family photos after the wedding outside the church and all are welcome to participate. After chruch photos, we will be going to back to Xenia's Resort to take more photos with their picturesque views.
Reception Dinner

This will be a Ukrainian buffet-style dinner in the main hall of Xenia's Resort.

We will be holding a large, festive wedding reception on August 15th, 2026. (Think: "big wedding without the marriage ceremony".) The reception is intended to give friends and family a chance to celebrate with us in an elegant, historic space. A formal, plated dinner with drinks will be served. That said, we understand that attending our wedding festivities asks you to join us for multiple weekends in the year. So, please do not fret if you cannot attend both. We will simply be happy to see you at either of our celebrations : ) As family, you can join us at our wedding, at the reception, or at both! We will provide more information regarding the reception after the wedding, but please feel free to ask us if you have questions.
