When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm! Guests should arrive between 5 and 5:20.

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but the reception venue and ceremony venue are on the same property.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a map and parking information in the "Property Map" tab at the top of this website. We recommend entering through the second driveway off of Crystal Hills Drive to the Wizard Academy property and parking in one of the two driveways closest to the Veranda Room.

When is the RSVP deadline?

The deadline is March 14th, 2026! *The event space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not giving general plus ones due to the limited venue capacity.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A little bit of both! The ceremony will take place in an open-air chapel, while the reception will be held indoors. The paved walkway to the chapel is on a slight incline, so just something to keep in mind when deciding on shoes! A patio is also connected to the reception room for guests to enjoy.

Can I take photos?

Answer

A photographer will be present at the ceremony and reception. We plan to have an "unplugged" ceremony, so please refrain from taking photos during this time. Aside from that, guests are encouraged to take all the photos they want! ◡̈

Yes! We will have a buffet-style dinner with some sweet treats to follow!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

We will be hosting a bar during the cocktail hour and reception. Beyond that, the Alchemy bar (next to the Veranda room) will have a cash bar until 8 pm!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

There will not be separate options for guests with dietary restrictions. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can make accommodations for you!
