Is there an after-party?

Answer

Yes! Every evening from Thursday-Saturday, we have access to the Sitzmark room (the rec room at the lodge) and we'll have snacks and drinks available. The big after-party will be on Saturday night where we'll have hosted mini banh mi's, beverages, and a karaoke party!

Does it get cold at night?

Answer

Yes! Keep an eye on the forecast - we recommend bringing a shawl for the evening when not dancing. There will be fire pits and propane heaters.

What do I need to know about the bar?

Answer

For the welcome event, it's a cash only bar (bring cash!) or you can charge it to your room. For the wedding, the bar will be fully hosted. Last call each night is 9:15 PM but we'll have beverages available in the Sitzmark Room after the two events. You're welcome to bring any of your own beverages to the after parties as well - the staff will be providing ice.

Should I worry about the altitude?

Answer

Alta is 8500 ft. above sea level and you may experience some symptoms related to the altitude. Ensure you stay hydrated and anticipate that your alcohol tolerance may be lower than usual.
