Bird Creek Hike

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure—Maya’s favorite hike of all time! This 4.5-mile trail gains 3,500 feet in elevation and is rated hard on AllTrails, making it a serious challenge meant for experienced hikers who are comfortable with steep climbs and long treks. The views at the top are absolutely breathtaking and so worth it!

Being prepared is essential: sturdy hiking shoes are a must, along with light, breathable layers (tank or tee, UV-protective jacket), shorts or leggings, tall socks to help prevent blisters, a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of sunscreen. Don’t forget to bring at least one large water bottle or a hydration pack, plus a backpack for snacks, layers, and other essentials. We’ll be hiking for about six hours, so staying hydrated and fueled is key. Glacier Jet-Ski Tour

2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Let’s explore! On our Alaska jet ski tour, we’ll be able to view 10 glaciers including two tidewater glaciers, a kittiwake rookery and massive waterfalls coming straight out of the glacier! We’ll get plenty of time to sit in front of the glaciers watching for calving icebergs! As we skim along the water we’ll keep our eye open for seals, otters, sea lions, eagles and whales, oh my!!

Please bring several layer options for potentially cold weather. Long underwear, thermals, fleece, wool socks and sweaters and down jackets are all good options. There are water resistant compartments on the boat that can hold cameras but we encourage you to bring a dry bag for extra precaution.
