When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 10, 2026 by navigating to the RSVP tab on the website menu above. Guests who do not RSVP in time, will be marked as "no".

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to dress up with us! We are requesting black tie optional for the ceremony and reception for all of our guests. Attire for men consisting of a matching suit or tuxedo and long gowns or dresses for women. Please avoid short dresses, sneakers, jeans, polos and khakis.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 4:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the hotel (NHIR) or at Belle Mer for the ceremony and reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For those who would like to stay with us; will be staying at the Newport Harbor Island Resort located walking distance from Belle Mer (venue). We have also reserved a room block at the Sonesta Select Newport Middletown that will have available transportation to and from the venue for guests who wish to stay nearby. Please see accommodations page for booking details for both hotels! For families who wish to stay together, Newport has a fantastic assortment of Air BNBs that are within 30 minutes of the venue and hotel. Please note: Most hotels typically require a 2-night minimum, thank you for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation offered from the Sonesta Select Hotel (please see accommodations page for booking details).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be an unplugged event (no cell phone) as we want everyone to be fully present with us.
