FAQs

The Wedding Website of Maya Rosenfield and Andrew Mulvihill
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress in semi-formal wedding attire. Think polished and elegant while still comfortable enough to celebrate the night away. For gentlemen, suits, dress shirts, slacks, and dress shoes are encouraged. Ties and jackets are welcome but not required. For ladies, cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates are perfect choices. We will mostly be celebrating on grass, so we recommend avoiding stilettos or narrow heels for your comfort. Please avoid overly casual clothing such as jeans, t-shirts, athletic wear, or flip-flops.

Question

Is this a catered event?

Answer

Just a quick note — our wedding will not be professionally catered. We’re doing the food and setup ourselves with help from family and friends, so things will be a little more casual and homemade. If there’s anything you need during the day, please don’t hesitate to ask us or someone in the wedding party. We’re happy to help however we can and just want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy celebrating with us!

Question

Where are the bathrooms?

Answer

The bathrooms are not located inside the home itself. Luxury restroom trailers will be available on site for everyone’s use throughout the wedding.

Question

Is the reception outside?

Answer

We are pleased to share that the wedding reception will be held entirely outdoors. All dining, seating, and celebration activities will take place in an open-air setting, surrounded by nature. Guests are kindly encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor conditions. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion together under the open sky.

Question

Will Russell be in attendance?

Answer

Hi everyone — just a quick heads-up that our Labradoodle Russell will be at the wedding. He’s friendly and loves people, but please help make sure he doesn’t slip out through the main gate during the event. He has 5 acres on the property to run around and meet you all. Thanks for keeping an eye out for him!

Question

Wait your pregnant too?

Answer

We got engaged in December and started planning our future together, deciding that we’d get married in August. We already knew we wanted to start our family in 2026, and not long after making those plans, we found out we were pregnant — making that dream come true! As everything started falling into place, we also bought our house, creating a home where we can build our life and raise our family together. Now, we’re excited to welcome our baby girl in October.
