What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive between 20-30 minutes early to park and find a seat.

Both the ceremony and reception will be located at Olive & Oak (6417 N Smith Rd, Edwards, IL 61528).

We would love to see our guests in formal wedding attire.

Will there be an additional transportation option?

Answer

We will have a complimentary shuttle service available to our guests. The shuttle will pick up all guests at the Holiday Inn & Suites Peoria (7601 North Orange Prairie Road, Peoria, IL 61615) at 3:10pm. There will be a second and final trip to the venue at 3:30pm. Shuttle will leave promptly. The shuttle will also take guests back to the Holiday Inn & Suites Peoria starting at 9:00pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at the venue. If you choose to drive to the wedding and celebrate a little too enthusiastically to drive home safely, you’re welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight and take the shuttle back to the hotel.

Our wedding and reception will be an adults-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus-one information is specifically detailed on our formal invitations that have been sent out. Due to limited space, we can only accomodate the guests listed on your invitation.
