Yes. Black Tie welcome, meaning gentlemen are asked to wear suits or tuxedos paired with formal shoes. Ladies should wear elegant floor-length dresses or gowns. Formal attire is required. We suggest avoiding heavy fabrics to stay cool in the warm weather. Please avoid heavy patterns! To avoid any confusion with our wedding party attire, we kindly request guests to refrain from wearing grey suits or dresses. Thank you for your understanding!
We have a limited guest list and, unfortunately, can't accommodate a plus-one for everyone. If you’ve been given the option to bring a guest, you’ll see their name or 'Plus One' on your RSVP profile. If you feel someone important was overlooked, please let us know, but understand that our capacity constraints may prevent us from making changes.
Kindly note that if we do not receive your RSVP by the specified date, your attendance will be automatically marked "no". While we will regretfully miss celebrating with you, it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count by the deadline they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!
Short answer: No! You are more than welcome to wear two different outfits. The attire is black-tie optional for both days. If you have two outfits, save the best one for the reception:)

If you and your family choose to stay at a hotel outside of the Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Rose Hall, you are welcome to do so. However, there is a guest pass required to enter the hotel on the day of the reception.
We have reserved king and double rooms at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall (18+) for our guests from March 13th to 16th. Please note there is a 3-night minimum stay requirement. If you plan to stay at the Hyatt, please do not book independently, as we have secured a discounted rate through a specific link that will be provided after formal invitations are sent. If you have kids younger than 18, please reach out to us and we will provide you with a separate link!
We have arranged a shuttle bus (for Hyatt guests) to transport you from the hotel to the ceremony location. To confirm the headcount, please let us know when you RSVP.
On Friday, March 14th, our ceremony will take place outdoors on the front lawn of the Hanover Grange Villa. On Saturday, March 15th, our cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception in the Hyatt Ziva Ballroom.
