There will be a casual barbeque on Saturday and a group tour to Guatapé on Sunday.

What's the best way to get around Medellín and to the venue?

Answer

Taxis are very cheap and Uber works well. A taxi to the wedding venue should be ~$15-$20 from the city and take 30-40 minutes. We will also be looking at setting up some group shuttles the day of the wedding.
