There is no need to stress about accessing Ft. Leonard Wood for the wedding. Thousands of families all across the world come to base every year to see their soldier graduate tranining courses on base. There are 3 categories of personell who can access base: 1) DOD ID Card Holder (Military/Retired Status) This party just needs to bring their valid Common Acess Card (CAC) to scan in at the front gate. 2) United States Citizens (Non Military/No CAC) This party needs a valid Real ID drivers license. For Non Military/Non-DOD CAC holders, we would recommend you arrive to the Main gate Visitor Center on base the day before the wedding (especially Non-US Citizens) to receive a pass to get on base.
