Yes, we will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the host hotel. Please RSVP to reserve your seat. Include all people in your party. Shuttle pick up is at 5pm and will be leaving promptly. Do not miss this shuttle as there is only one pick up time.

The ceremony is outdoors , and the reception is indoors and outdoors. Although it will be a beautiful warm July evening, please bring a wrap just in case it gets chilly.

There are several different wedding locations within Calamigos Ranch. We are getting married in the Birchwood room. Please follow the signs to the Birchwood room on arrival at the ranch. We are providing complimentary valet service for our guests.

We would love for you to stay and party with us. However we will have one shuttle leaving at 9:45pm back to the host hotel. Last Evening Shuttle will be leave no later than 11:30pm -SHUTTLES ONLY GO TO HOST HOTEL-
