Wedding location

Answer

Our wedding location at the venue will be weather dependent. Be prepared to spend some time outside for the ceremony if it is not raining. It may be a little chilly or hot, April in WV is unpredictable! The inside of the venue has heat and AC.

Our wedding will start promptly at 4 PM. Please arrive by 3:45 PM at the latest to make sure you don't miss a minute!

Transportation

Answer

We have several ways to get to our wedding! You can park at the venue easily. Uber or Lyft is an option. As well, we will have a shuttle from the Holiday Inn listed in the website travel section.

Attire

Please wear mainly cocktail/garden party attire. We ask for no jeans or white dresses please.

Guest list/Plus one/Children

Answer

We would love to invite everyone to our wedding, unfortunately there is a limited amount of people allowed in the venue. The venue is not the best for children and although we love your kids, the wedding will be child free. We'd love you to use this as a date night! As well, unless your invitation specially says plus one, we will not be able to accommodate any extra guests.

Max and I appreciate but do not expect gifts. We are happy just to have your presence at our wedding! We do have a very small registry on this site but we already have almost everything we need already in our home. If you would like to honor us with a gift, please feel free to contribute to our honey moon fund to send us on a dream vacation! We are listed at Honeyfund.com.

Are the wedding and reception at separate locations?

The wedding ceremony and reception will all be at Tuscan Ridge, no need to worry about changing location!

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

Yes! We will not be having an unplugged ceremony however we do ask no one step into the aisle or stand during the ceremony. As well, no need to video. We have hired people for that! We would love for you to share your photos with us after our big day and will have a site you can upload your pics/videos.

Hotel shuttle

Answer

We will have a complimentary hotel shuttle available from the Holiday Inn with rides at 3:00, 3:30, 9:30, and 10:00 PM. Uber/Lyft are also available.

After party

Answer

For those who love to have a good time and aren’t ready to end the celebration at 10 PM, we will be having an after party at the house on the venue property. Please bring comfortable clothes to change into!
