What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP before June 22nd, 2025. Please use the QR code on your invitation to RSVP on the website. You will type in your name and then follow the prompts. We also need you to select your dinner choices. Please reach out to us if you have dietary restriction or if you have any trouble with the website.

What is the recommended attire?

Answer

We ask that you celebrate with us in cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard. There will be a tent with fans but keep in mind it may be warm in July! The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors with the option to use a portion of the courtyard.

Where will the Ceremony and Reception be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be taking place at The H Hotel in Midland, MI. There will also be a cocktail hour in between the ceremony and reception.

Are kids invited?

As much as we love all your little ones, this will be an adults only event. We encourage our friends and family to enjoy a night out!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! There is a hotel block at The H Hotel. Please navigate to the Travel section to book your hotel stay. If you find that the hotel block is full, please reach out to us and we will attempt to have more added. Thank you! Please keep in mind there are many other hotel options in the area. You can also look at Airbnb or Vrbo if you would like to stay in a home or with a larger party.

Is there parking available?

Answer

The H Hotel has valet parking and a large amount of parking in the back of the hotel. There are two entrances, one to the courtyard (directly off main street) and one in the back. The entrance in the back is the main hotel entrance and lobby. Please keep in mind, downtown Midland can get busy in the summer with activities. Part of main street is closed off to parking and driving for music and activities throughout the summer. There is still some street parking available.
