Attire Suggestions: Nothing prescriptive, as this is purely procedural. Be sure to wear something comfortable for the August weather, and nice enough for dinner.
This will be a simple procedural event to review logistics, roles and related ceremonials with the wedding party, officiant and other friendly helping hands. Plan for an hour of rehearsal, followed by a rendezvous for food in downtown Monterey.
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Attire Suggestions: Come wearing your best "Yacht Club Cocktail Hour!" In other words, business casual with a light nautical twist.
We will begin the ceremony promptly at 2:30pm. Please arrive before 2:00pm to settle in and find your seat.
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Dinner will be buffet style Mexican food and will include beans, rice, guacamole, salsa and hand-stretched flour tortillas. After dinner, we will clean up our venue and relocate to our campsite to cut our cake and celebrate!
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We have a campsite nearby the wedding venue that we will be relocating to, no more than about a mile around the corner within the county park. We will plan to cut our cake here and unwind with drinks. [Bonfire pending county issued fire risk level].
