Please RSVP by May 15th, so we can have an accurate headcount for our vendors.
We have worked really hard to create a celebration that includes all of our closest family members and friends. Therefore, we are only able to accommodate guests named on the invitations. Thank you for understanding.
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. We ask that you make other arrangements for your younger children. There are certain exceptions but for the most part, this is an 18+ event.
Welcome to New England, all of you out-of-towners! While it is mid-June, the afternoon temperature could vary from mild to rather hot. The evening temperature once the sun goes down could be quite cool (think mid-50s).
There is plenty of free parking at the venue.
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors (weather permitting), cocktail hour is in the boathouse (a covered, open-air space), and the reception will be indoors.
Yes, and there will be golf carts available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!
For the ceremony and reception, we request that you adhere to Semi-Formal or Formal attire. If you need additional insight, check out this link: https://www.zola.com/expert-advice/what-to-wear-to-a-wedding
Feel free to use your best judgement, know that there are gravel-type walkways between the locations.
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture all ours and your smiling faces, not your phone screens! However, we would love for you to take photos during the reception!
Be sure to let us know when you RSVP.
The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM sharp! We recommend arriving by 3:15 to ensure you don't miss anything. Keep in mind, it will be a Sunday afternoon with the FIFA World Cup in town, too. Please plan accordingly to allow for traffic conditions.
We did manage to secure a couple of small hotel blocks in Providence, RI (about 30 mins from the venue) and in Worcester, MA (just under an hour from the venue). It was difficult to find accommodations because of the World Cup events the same weekend in the next town over from the venue. AirBNB and VRBO are solid alternatives.
If you’ve got questions before the wedding, send them to grayermaxandeve@gmail.com. That inbox is far less stressed than the couple. For anything during the weekend or on the big day, please don’t call or text Max or Eve. They’ll be busy doing extremely important things like… getting married. Day-of-contact still TBD.
