Bus schedule We encourage guests to ride the shuttle to and from the event! Pick up and drop off will be outside the Canopy hotel entrance on Seneca way. There will be signs at Stewart Park indicating where the return shuttle will pick up. 3:15pm - Bus loads up at the Canopy Hotel 3:45pm - Bus departs the Canopy Hotel 4:00pm - Bus arrives at Stewart Park 9:00pm - Trip 1 loads up at Stewart Park 9:30pm - Trip 1 departs for the Canopy Hotel 10:00pm - Trip 2 loads up at Stewart Park 10:15pm - Trip 2 departs for the Canopy Hotel Drivers There will be some reserved parking at Stewart Park for those who wish to drive. Upon entering the park, turn right after crossing the train tracks. You will see a sign directing you to the best parking.

We have reserved a discounted hotel block at the Canopy Hilton in downtown Ithaca. Click the link below to reserve a room online. King and Double Queen rooms are available. The deadline for booking blocked off rooms is 6/10/26.

While we don’t have a room block or discount code for this hotel, you’re welcome to book here if you’re a Marriott loyalist. It’s located in downtown Ithaca just one block from the Canopy Hotel in downtown Ithaca. Very conveniently located for the wedding shuttle.
Flight
Small but mighty, Ithaca Airport often requires additional connections, but it puts you right in the heart of the action. The drive to downtown is about ten minutes. Alternatively, you may find better flight options into Syracuse.
Flight
For our California guests, Syracuse may be the most direct flight option from Los Angeles. Ithaca is only a scenic one-hour drive away. The airport offers shuttle bus services and car rentals.
