As soon as possible! We have two room blocks (Belfast Harbor Inn and The Seascape Motel & Cottages) along with two other Inns that we think you'll love. The Summer is the tourist season in Maine, so we recommend booking your lodging now. To access our room blocks you must CALL the hotels! Most places have a generous cancellation policy should you need it later on. If you are in the wedding party, touch base with Brooke & Kevin for lodging details.
Due to capacity limitations of our venue, we are unable to accommodate every child on our invitations. If we were able to extend an invite to your children, your invite will include your child's name or the word "family". If we were unable to include your children, please note we may be able to coordinate babysitting during the ceremony and reception at a nearby location, should you wish to bring your children and are comfortable with that option. Please feel free to reach out to Brooke or Kevin to discuss. For any children that were included on invitations, there will be onsite childcare at the reception available to you as well. For the welcome event on Friday, please come as you are. We know most will be traveling in that day and just want to be able to say hello over a casual drink at sunset. For the Wedding Day & Reception, please dress in Formal attire, the recommendation for the event is Coastal Formal/Black Tie Optional. This means longer dresses (midi and full-length) for Women, airy and silk fabrics are welcome. For Men, sportscoat, suit and tie will work perfectly. While we hope you'll enjoy dressing up, please prioritize your comfort, we are just happy to have you with us! All events will be hosted outside or under a tent, so plan to bring a light cover for your dress and wear shoes/heels you are comfortable outside in.
