Are children allowed at the wedding?

All events are adults only.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Strictly black tie, please. Come dressed to impress. Daviana encourages all women to have two dresses if they'd like. A modest dress for the church ceremony and another dress for the reception.

Which airport should we fly into?

Answer

SANTO DOMINGO, LAS AMERICAS (SDQ)- is the closest to the venue.

Do you recommend we fly in Friday, the same day as the wedding?

Answer

No, due to all unforeseen circumstances that unfortunately occur with airports, we highly recommend flying in beforehand. Santo Domingo is also known for very LONG traffic hours. We'd also LOVE for you to attend the welcome party on Thursday.

Will there be transportation services for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service for the guests staying at El Embajador. The shuttle will bring guests to the church from the hotel ( El Embajador) and back for the reception which starts at 6 pm. The shuttle pick-up service will leave the hotel at 2:15 so please arrive to the lobby on time.

How will gifts work for a destination wedding?

Answer

Thank you all for being part of our special day. We ask that all non-monetary gifts be sent prior to the wedding so we don't have to ship them back. There's only so much we'll be able to fit in our suitcases. Thank you for thinking of us <3
