Things To Do
First, here are a few general tips for friends and family who may not be too familiar with the area:
Early mornings, even in the summer, can be fairly crisp. Consider bringing a light jacket to be prepared.
Seattle is a very walkable city but features some hills that people may not be used to. Pack some walking shoes to make sure you're comfortable while roaming around.
As with all major cities, be sure to pay extra attention on the sidewalks and when crossing streets.
If you're planning on doing a lot of sightseeing, we recommend you get the Seattle CityPASS to get access to the Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Museum of Pop Culture, Argosy Cruises Harbor Tour for $120/adult.
