What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes: floor length gowns, tea-length dresses, and midi dresses. For men this includes: suits and tuxes (no jeans).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM to ensure you catch the entire ceremony!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus, they will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the kids involved in our wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly for the weather. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! All beer, wine, cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages are on us!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony", so we kindly ask that you put your phones away and silence them. The greatest gift you can give us is your undivided attention as we say "I do". We have hired professional photographers to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is there a hotel we can stay at?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved hotel blocks at The Hilton Garden Inn and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites which are both located in St. Charles. Please visit the "Travel" page for more information and to access the reservation links.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will have shuttles reserved to bring guests to and from the hotel and venue. The shuttles will be able to bring guests to the venue in time for the ceremony and will run again after the reception ends.
