Where should I fly into?

Answer

San Diego (SAN) will likely be the best option for most out of town guests. SNA, LAX, and CLD are additional airport options. Refer to the “Travel” section for more details.

Where should I stay for the weekend?

Answer

Max & Sophie and their immediate families will be staying at the Seabird Hotel in Oceanside. There will also be shuttles to/from the venue on Saturday from the Seabird. There are a lot of other great hotel and Airbnb options in Oceanside, Carlsbad, & Encinitas as well. Refer to the “Travel” section for more details.

Question

How should I get to the wedding venue on Saturday?

Answer

We will have shuttles provided for all guests to/from the wedding venue on Saturday. When you RSVP, there will be an option to RSVP to take the shuttle. You can also drive and park at Monserate Winery. Guests are allowed to leave their cars overnight if you drive and then decide it would be better to take the shuttle home. Please note that the gates are only open during winery operational hours.

We will only be able to accommodate kids that are named on invitations.

What is the weekend attire?

Answer

For the welcome party on Friday, please feel free to come as you are! If you would like, please join us in Semi-Formal attire. For the wedding on Saturday, attire is Formal. Color & creativity are encouraged! Please keep in mind that the winery is inland San Diego. Therefore, it may be hot for the ceremony and may be chilly/windy once the sun goes down. Most festivities will be outside, so please plan accordingly. Keep an eye on Fallbrook weather as the day gets closer.
