Madison (Biggie Bigs) is my big from my college sorority. We met at an apple orchard mixer and have been twin flames ever since. Even in 2015, we knew we would be in each other's weddings. During undergrad, we did everything together including working out and crying in the library while studying. We have shared every part of our day for the last 8 years either in person or texting the entire day. Even with Madison living in many different places, we always make it a priority to see each other (and sometimes get matching tattoos). Favorite memory: winning back to back best big & little awards in our sorority OR ordering $30 worth of Taco Bell at 2 am only to realize we didn't have any money to pay at the window

Rachel

Maid of Honor

Rach, Rachel, Raquel, & Grape Juice has been my best friend since 2011! We met at our first volleyball open gym during the summer of freshmen year. We were the only 2 people that didn't know anyone and have been friends ever since. Rachel is the true definition of a best friend. We attended every high school dance together, football games, and plays. We also tried to spend every weekend together! Rachel has always been the calm to my crazy. Every summer, we would spend time at her grandparents' lake house in Port Austin. We would play volleyball, get some sun (not too much for Rachel), and walk the boardwalk. Fun fact: Rachel went to Prom with Jake (groomsman) naturally set up by Sam. Favorite memory: Making S'mores & playing volleyball up-north

Brendan

Best Man

Brendan & Max met playing football together at SVSU. Both guys played on the offensive line and shared many similarities. Max & Brendan were also roommates for four years during undergrad. Max & Brendan love to golf together, talk UofM/Lions football and play on a co-ed softball team! Favorite memory: Playing college football together and the hamster incident

Jimmy

Best Man

Jimmy is Max's favorite (and only) brother! Jimmy took his fair share of beat downs from Max when they were kids. Whether it was in basement boxing or video games, Max never let Jimmy win anything. Jimmy proudly remembers one time he beat Max in boxing. To this day, he still holds that over Max's head. Sam is excited to be gaining Jimmy as a brother. Since Jimmy cannot pick on Max, he enjoys picking on Sam instead. Jimmy said that's what happens when you marry his brother (LOL). Jimmy always makes Sam laugh and gives the biggest hugs. Favorite memory: Fister Family houseboating trip

Heidi (Little)

Heidi is my little in my sorority! Despite a 3 grade level difference, we clicked right away. She is so sweet, kind, and compassionate. She has always been one of my biggest supporters and cheerleaders. Heidi is also not afraid to speak her mind, even if it means she is going to a standards meeting. Overall, Heidi came into my life right when I needed her! Favorite Memory: Spending time together at football tailgates

Jess and I became the best of friends in the College of Ed at SVSU. We both were a little too loud, a little too disruptive, and a little too stressed out. Despite all of this, we both survived the program earning honors in both Elementary Education and Special Education. Together, we also earned our Master's degrees the following year. It was incredibly special to walk with her on that day! Jess is the crazy teacher friend everyone needs. She is a safe space I can vent to knowing she knows exactly what I am going through. Favorite memory: Jess calling our professor Dr. Jones by her first name - "Barbara" as she entered the class. Our entire cohort thought Jess was going to get kicked out of the program

Kayla

Kayla is Max's favorite (and only) sister! Kayla had a ton of responsibility as the eldest sibling and the only girl. Trying to keep up with Max & Jimmy was a full time job! Max always reminisces on long road trips he would take with his siblings. He especially loved when Kayla would play the same movie on the car DVD player over and over again. Additionally, one time Max keyed the side of his dad's car and tried to blame it on Kayla. Sam is so excited to finally be gaining a sister too! Sam and Kayla spend a lot of time talking about hair, makeup, and of course their dogs. Kayla and Sam both loved supporting Max at his football games and going to family events together. Sam and Kayla are both chit-chatters and can talk for hours. Favorite memory: lake house days & family trips

Kelsey

Kelsey & I became close friends by hanging out in a mutual friend group at SVSU. She was roommates with Jess, and the 3 of us hung out together a lot during college. Kelsey has one of the best laughs on the planet. Kelsey & I's favorite pastime is hitting up local dive bars for a shared bucket (or 3) of beer. Kelsey is an honest and genuine friend. Fun fact: Kelsey got engaged 1 day after Max & I got engaged. Therefore, we have been able to plan our weddings together which has also been really special! Favorite memory: nights at Smugglers xoxo

Lexi

Lexi is my adopted little in our sorority! We both found each other right when we needed to. We both loved volunteering for our sorority- especially at Special Olympics and Relay for a Cure. No need to worry, we also had our fair share of fun. Including at tailgates, Hawaiian themed-parties, and basketball jersey nights. Lexi has been one of my biggest cheerleaders in life. Fun fact: I was just the Maid of Honor in Lexi wedding during the summer of 2023! Favorite Memory: Lexi's Bach Party in the Bahamas ;)

Brandon & Max are high school friends! They spent a lot of time together on the Cabrini football team and track team. They are both very competitive. Brandon & Max always push each other to be better on and off the field. Brandon & Max both played sports at the collegiate level- where they visited each other during undergrad. Brandon & Max still enjoy getting together for beers and sports. Favorite memory: Last minute road trip to DC for a Lions game

Jake & Max have been friends since Kindergarten! They grew up together through elementary, middle, & high school. Jake has hands down the best mustache in the groom's party. Brandon, Jake, Jarrad, Scott & Max all still get together as much as they can! Fun fact: Jake and Rachel (Maid of Honor) went to prom together in high school. Naturally, that was set up by Sam. Favorite Memory: Jake's 21st birthday

Jarrad & Max became friends in high school. Jarrad joined the Brandon, Scott, Jake, and Max friend group during Sophomore year. Fun fact: Jarrad & Sam were in the same confirmation class. They have known each other since the 8th grade! Favorite memory: Locking Brandon out in the middle of the night in Flint
