The hotel shuttles are reserved for hotel guests. If you would like to ride the shuttles, even if you aren’t staying at one of the two designated hotels, please reach out to Max!
If you are staying at THE HOLIDAY INN, your shuttle will depart at 2:00PM, and will arrive at the winery at 2:30PM. This will give you approximately an hour to roam the winery/brewery grounds or grab a beverage at one of the two establishments. PLEASE BE IN YOUR SEATS AT THE CEREMONY SITE BY 3:45PM. If you are staying at THE FAIRFIELD INN/MARRIOT, your shuttle will depart at 3:00PM, and will arrive at the winery at 3:30pm. PLEASE BE IN YOUR SEATS AT THE CEREMONY SITE BY 3:45PM. If you are staying elsewhere, please arrive at the winery no later than 3:30PM. Please park in the event parking area, located immediately to your left once you arrive at the property. SHUTTLES FROM CARLOS CREEK TO HOTELS: At the end of the evening, we will have the following shuttles going to BOTH hotels: 8:00PM 9:00PM 9:30PM 10:00PM 10:30 PM 11:30PM CARS OVERNIGHT: If you so choose, you can carpool/drive to the venue, and take a shuttle back to one of the hotels! If so, cars must be picked up by noon on October 5th!
Contrary to popular belief, a winery/brewery is a very moist place. To enjoy the most of our unique venue, we will be hosting all beer and wine for two-and-a-half hours following the ceremony, at which point the bar will turn into a cash bar.
Business casual! Weather permitting, the ceremony and happy hour will be outdoors in northwest Minnesota in October, so please check the forecast before you leave!
Given venue limitations, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. Your wedding invite will list those details. However, an exception will be made for the St Paul Saints mascot, Mudonna.
There will be a shuttle from the hotel, as well as back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Additionally, if guests would like to drive, the venue will let us leave cars overnight. Exact timing of events will be determined as we get closer to the date!

We have hired a world renowned photographer to take photos of our event. She has also been given a ruler to smack people who are taking photos of the ceremony with their phones. Enjoy the day, we'll send out photos later.

We will be having some private events Friday and Sunday and ask that only those invited come. Everyone is invited to the Welcome event on Friday and the wedding and reception on Saturday :) more details and info on these events will be posted on the website
