The dress code is classy casual, or Sunday best. LBDs are welcome (we trust you to be tasteful), and we recommend earth tones, muted tones, or whatever you consider to represent fall. If in doubt, try Googling "autumn Sunday best dress code" for ideas. Please no sweatpants or hoodies.
After several discussions, we have decided to keep our wedding a dry wedding! But if you would like a drink either before or after the wedding, we have plenty of bars in the area listed in our Things To Do tab here on the website!
For both the bridal shower and the wedding, please order online from our registry if possible! Edelyn will be moving up to Ohio to join Maxwell at their rental house as soon as possible after the wedding, so getting it sent directly to Ohio from the registry would be preferable. Of course, if you are bringing a cash gift or have something specific that is not on the registry you would like to give, please feel free to bring it in person!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors!
We were told that the houses on the venue's street are 100% used to cars parking along the road, so please feel free to park anywhere along the road of the venue. We were also informed that the funeral home right next to the venue offers parking, but we can only reserve those spots no sooner than 2 weeks before the wedding. You know, since it's a funeral home and you just never know!
