Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. They are welcome to join you on a family trip to Montana, however the wedding & reception is kid free. Babysitting services are in the area for you to plan accordingly. I do have a few local friends who I can get you in contact with or you can reach out to 406 Nannies! https://406nannies.com/

Is parking available?

Yes there is parking at 320 Ranch for rentals cars.

Will transportation/shuttles be provided?

Answer

Nope! We are not going to offer any shuttles during the week. Our hope is you stay on the ranch and enjoy the views.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally listed on the invitation.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Bozeman Airport, located approximately 60 minutes from the venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

Montana weather can change quickly, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a sweater for when the sun goes behind the mountains. The dress code is Western/Montana Semi Formal.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony will take place in the far field outside. Our reception will take place indoor/outdoors in the tent by the river. Please plan accordingly and bring a jacket for the evening!

What footwear is recommended?

Answer

The ceremony may take place on grass, gravel, or uneven terrain. Block heels, wedges, cowboy boots, or dress shoes with sturdy soles are encouraged.

Will there be wildlife?

Answer

Probably! Montana is home to elk, deer, moose, bears, and other wildlife. Please admire from a safe distance and never approach wild animals. There are also horses on the property!

Is altitude a concern?

Answer

Depending on where you're traveling from, you may notice the elevation. 320 Ranch is at 6,300 feet above sea level. Stay hydrated and take it easy on the drinks your first day- it catches up quick!

Do I need a rental car?

Answer
