We took the same train to work every day and lived about a five-minute walk away from each other, yet we had never met. Leave it to technology to find us and match us up. After talking for a few weeks, Jaclyn went away on vacation to visit one of her best friends (Frankie) in San Francisco. Max misunderstood and thought she was moving there. But lucky for him, she returned to Chicago after the long weekend. We met at a speakeasy type bar in downtown Chicago called Watershed after work a day or two later, which she had never been to and it impressed her. Fast foward to our three year anniversary drinks at Watershed, where Max got down on one knee.
